JETHRO

JETHRO is a "bottom-up" persistence framework, designed in an "API+Provider" fashion. Based on the Data Transfer Object (DTO) concept, it offers a transparent query engine. It is a pure Java framework library which provides an efficient and robust developing environment to have applications decoupled (as much as possible) from persistence layer, keeping at the same time the opportunity to automate the presentation layer. It supports INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE with any kind of filters, queries with JOINs and any filtering and result selection, column functions (MIN, MAX, AVG, SUM, COUNT), and results sorting and DISTINCT.
